A screen that isn't doing anything
should look like that.
GRID is built around a single constraint: no motion. No drifting particles, no slow zooms, no animated gradients, no generated imagery. Every file in the catalog is a static PNG rendered once, reviewed on-paper, and shipped at a fixed resolution. Nothing regenerates. Nothing surprises.
Every pack is rendered at 6K native and exported to three device profiles (5K, 4K, 2K). You pick the one that matches your display and install it. The file doesn't phone home, doesn't ship telemetry, and isn't gated behind a subscription.
Color values are fixed at three-digit precision against a D65 reference. On OLED displays, the darker packs (NULL, NOISE, DIAGONAL) reduce panel retention over long idle sessions without going fully black.
No generative AI is used anywhere in the catalog. Every composition is drawn by hand in a vector editor and rasterized for output. The source files are kept; the process is reproducible.
