DVSN.EDITING
Video Editing for Weddings, YouTube & Short-Form
Services
Wedding Films
A full film and a short trailer from a day's footage. Ceremony audio cleaned up, speeches cut for pace, and the parts nobody films twice protected — vows, first look, the toast that lands.
Quoted per wedding — depends on footage volume
YouTube Long-Form
Talking-head, vlog and review edits built for retention: dead air removed, b-roll and text laid in, and a cold open that earns the first thirty seconds.
Per video, or on retainer for a regular upload schedule
Shorts & Reels
Vertical cut-downs for TikTok, Reels and Shorts — either from long-form you already have, or shot native. Captions burned in, hooks front-loaded.
Per batch — cheaper per clip the more you cut at once
Property & Listing
Listing walkthroughs and agent-branded cuts on a turnaround that matches a listing going live, not a creative timeline.
Per listing
Brand & Corporate
Event recaps, testimonials and product pieces cut to a brand's existing look — supply the guidelines and the edit matches them rather than inventing a style.
Per project, or on retainer

Process
Send the footage
A Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link is enough. Tell us the runtime you want and anything that must be in the cut.
First cut
Structure and pacing first, before colour and sound. Easier to change the shape of a film early than to re-grade one twice.
Your notes
Timestamped comments on a review link. We agree the number of rounds when we quote, so nobody is guessing later.
Delivery
Final masters in the formats you need — horizontal, vertical, and a compressed cut for socials. Project files can be handed over too; there is an organisation fee for packaging them up, and it is higher for log footage, since the grade and conform have to travel with it.
Portfolio

Olivia & Jordan
A full-day wedding cut into a feature and a trailer — outdoor ceremony, timber-barn reception, and an audio guestbook on a rotary phone.

April & Jordan
Estate prep through a golden-hour field session, then toasts and a champagne tower — graded warm to hold the light across very different rooms.

Carmela & Vlad
Heartfelt toasts through to late-night dance floor, cut for pace so the speeches land without outstaying them.
Philosophy
A good edit is mostly deciding what to leave out.
Editors who have also been the one holding the camera
DVSN shoots weddings as well as cutting them, which changes how an edit gets approached: we know what the second shooter was probably covering, why the audio drops when the officiant turns, and which parts of a day are unrepeatable. That is a different starting point from an editor who has only ever seen footage.
