Carmela and Vlad's wedding was a truly beautiful experience. The venue itself was stunning, but more than that, the air was thick with love—for the couple, for the families, for the moment. You could feel it in every interaction, every glance, every toast. One part that had me laughing long after was Carmela's dad and his license plate—I had to include that in the video. It was too good not to. As always, I felt that familiar nervousness going in, that pressure to create something solid. But Carmela and Vlad made it easy. They were present, relaxed, real—and that helped everything fall into place. Having my sister Judy there, directing the photography, made it even smoother. She's a pro, and we've got a rhythm that just works. I ended up sticking around longer than planned to film the later parts of the night, and I'm glad I did. The energy shifted, the lights got lower, and it was all just… good vibes. Exactly the kind of footage that brings a story full circle.
