Everyone gets a print, not just the couple

How the booth works at proms & school formals

Prom photography usually means one posed portrait per couple. The booth is the other half of the night — the group shots, the friends who came without dates, the ones taken at eleven when everyone has stopped worrying about their hair.

Volume is the defining feature. A prom crowd cycles through repeatedly and in large groups, so unlimited prints and an attended line are what keep it working rather than becoming a bottleneck at the side of the room.

What's different about proms & school formals

Plan for groups, not pairs

Prom groups are large. A wider backdrop and a bit more floor space pays off.

Peak is late

Usage climbs through the evening. Opening late and running to the end beats opening at the doors.

School approvals

Some boards want vendor documentation in advance — ask early, not the week before.

Proms & School Formals questions

Can the school be invoiced directly?
Yes. Give us the school or committee billing contact when you book.
How do you handle very large groups?
The head tilts and the backdrop is wide enough for sizeable groups. The attendant manages framing so nobody gets cropped out.
Do students need to pay per print?
No. Prints are unlimited and included, so everyone in a group photo can take one.
